The coaching relationship is designed to support you in achieving your personal and/or professional goals. Coaching is a non-therapeutic intervention that helps individuals move forward with clarity, purpose, and motivation.

 

 

About Your Coach – Laura Brown:

  • MOE Certified Coach

  • Member of the Association for Coaching (Introductory Associate)

  • Coaching supervision undertaken regularly as recommended (30:1 hrs)

  • Coaching style: Non-directive, occasionally uses silence and gentle challenge. 

  • Passionate about working with women who feel “stuck” and are ready for purposeful change

  • Enjoys neuroscience, personal development, and human behaviour

  • Notes taken during sessions are minimal, securely stored, and never shared

All information shared will be handled in line with data protection principles. Your name and email will be saved only for coaching-related purposes and never shared. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
