I am so excited and cannot quite believe I am doing this but it feels like the right time to open to doors.. welcome to THE book club.

For nearly two years now, a small group of us have been reading one self development book a month together. But here’s the thing. We don’t just read the books. We apply them to our lives.

 

And honestly, nothing has changed my life more than doing this.

 

If you know me, you’ll know I love recommending a book or two, especially during coaching.

 

The truth is, I used to be someone who never read. All the intention in the world but zero follow through. Without community, I did nothing.

 

Now, every month I listen to a book on Audible or read along. It’s a habit. And my life keeps improving because of it.

Why this matters…


For personal reasons, a few years ago I went VERY deep into books, studies, podcasts and research around happiness, stress, health, wellbeing and personal growth. I didn’t just consume the information. I applied it.

 

And BAM.


Real change followed.

 

But as life speeds up, it’s easy to slip back into old habits and old thought patterns. (Thanks, neuroscience) but with the community, we keep going, keep reading, keep growing.

 

The beautiful thing is that the answers from experts are already there, sitting patiently inside books, waiting for us to open them.

 

Some books had been on my shelf, unread or half read for years, until now.
